REGISTRATION FOR 2012 COMPETITION

• Registration for the Championships will be done online only.  Online registration must be completed by midnight on May 7, 2012.  No further changes may be made to the online registration form after this time.

• Schools that have previously registered online may enter athletes for this year using the email address and password previously used.  For schools that are registering for the first time a valid email address is required to complete registration.  If you do not have an email address JISA will be happy to provide you with one.  Please contact the Secretariat for further information.  You will also be provided with a JISA School ID number that will be required for registration.  Please contact the JISA Secretariat if you have not received one.  A registration worksheet has been provided to assist principals/coaches in completing the online registration and is now available on our website.  Click here for worksheet.

• Birth Certificates/Passports along with two (2) recent colour photographs (passport size) with the competitor’s name affixed to the back, duly certified by the Principal, are required for processing entries for new athletes.  Athletes who took part in the 2011 Netball or Football Competitions must submit their 2011-12 JISA ID Cards.  Athletes who took part in previous competition and are on the JISA Registered athletes list need not resubmit documents.  Please request a registered list from the JISA Secretariat if you do not receive one.  Photos of Coaches & Managers must be submitted with athletes photos in order for IDs to be issued.

• A copy of the online form printed and duly signed along with passport pictures, birth certificates, a copy of the JISA Registered List and a $10,500 entry fee should be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the JISA Secretariat, 37 Windsor Avenue.  Late verification of documents will be done up to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2012 and will attract a late fee of an additional $1,500.00.  No photos/birth certificates will be accepted after this date.  Entries will be returned to the schools for verification by Monday, May 21, 2012.  Changes may be made at the Secretariat up to Friday, May 25, 2011. Changes cannot be accommodated after this date.

• Coaches and Principals should review the rules of competition (Revised Sept., 2010) before completing online registration.
